we have a ton of garlic laying around from multiple share pick ups.
some of it has gone bad 😦
so I googled around to figure out the best way for storing it.
I am super lazy and use garlic in everything. I jsut buy the huge jar of minced garlic and scoop out of it when cooking.
so I decided to do two things – one was freeze small tablespoon portions of minced garlic with a little olive oil. I followed the instructions on this blog – Keeper of the Home. the second thing was just keeping some of that minced garlic with some extra oil in a small jar in the fridge.
