What’s in the Share?
Yellow onions, three pounds.
Carrots, two pounds.
Spaghetti squash, one.
Bell peppers, two. A trial variety for us, called “Olympus”.
Cucumbers, a couple small ones.
Swiss chard, a bunch.
Eggplant, two or three pieces. Bells or long Asian varieties.
Scallions, a bunch.
Tomatoes, about 2 ½ pounds. Including a pint of saladettes.
Lettuce, one head of red leaf.
