all I did with the CSA green beans and summer squash was steam them for a while. then let them cool and tossed with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. simple but yummy. they tasted even better cold out of the fridge the next day!
I served it along some hamburgers made with grass fed beef mixed with caramelized vidalia onions and BBQ sauce. also topped with some CSA romaine lettuce too. I super puffy heart love grass fed beef.
