I decided to just saute all those CSA greens with some garlic and olive oil. Also added some exotic mushrooms mix from whole foods – think there were baby bellas, oysters and chanterelles? plus a small jar of roasted red peppers. served with some shell pasta. and of course grated pecorino romano. easy weeknight dinner!
