I still have some lettuce leftover from last weeks CSA. I am having a salad tomorrow for lunch with the rest of that lettuce. Topping it with chickpeas currently marinating with some chopped red onions, roasted grape tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic. also adding in sugar snap peas that we got this weekend when we went to visit Picadilly Farm.
