I sautéed the pea tendrils with olive oil and garlic. added in some sliced baby bella mushrooms that I had sautéed with olive oil and garlic for a pizza I was also making at the time! mixed it all up with a box of near east garlic and olive oil couscous (lazy, I know). it was really good. had some for lunch. the pea tendrils remind me of broccoli rabe when you sauté it, the consistency is similar.
