CSA eats! bok choy, starring in Asian Potstickers

made an old tried and true recipe for potstickers with the CSA bok choy. I think I finally have this recipe down to a science. It may have been the 4th time. Assembling them all first and then using two frying pans really helps!  I cheated a bit on the rice and used organic frozen brown rice from trader joes.
