my herb garden was overflowing with parsley! I decided to harvest some and make some pesto. I simply went in a snipped pieces here and there. I washed and dried it in my small salad spinner. added it to the food processor with grated cheese, olive oil and pine nuts. Viola! pesto. thin it with some pasta water and toss with linguine.
