Dill

Posted on

my dill was going nuts!! and some of it was starting to bud tiny flowers. I did some research and decided to harvest some.
After washing it and spinning it dry in my salad spinner, I divided it amongst 5 little sandwich baggies, which then went in a bigger baggie and into the freezer. I also took a small amount and dried it, basically put it in the microwave on a paper towel for about a minute, in 30 sec or so increments. then took just the leaves off and put them in a jar. need to figure out what to make with it!!!!!!!!
