naan pizza

I had a sample of some naan pizza at whole foods one day and realized wow that’s a great idea! I love naan and I love pizza, why not combine the two?! So I had some garlic naan from whole foods and Chris and I decided to try out topping it with diced tomatoes (used the italian organic kind from whole foods) and mozzarella cheese. we had some left over red onions so we sauteed that a bit and put it on two of the naan’s. it was really yummy. and quick an easy too make. only about 5 minutes or so. there are so many different possibilities for combination’s. just put your toppings and bake at 400 – 425 for 5 minutes or so, until cheese melts
