sweet or hot Italian sausage, or a combination of both
1 large onion
4 peppers, mixture of colors
1 bottle Italian dressing
Chris makes this and I’ve never watched, so I have no idea what happens. I think this is it though….
marinate the sausages in the bottle of Italian dressing for a few hours
slice the peppers and onion into strips
slice the sausages down the middle just a little bit, not too deep. basically just open the casing.
place all in an 11×13 pyrex and pour more dressing on top.
bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes
place on rolls with slices of american cheese
