teriyaki salmon with spinach and basmati rice

tonight we had salmon. I’ve never eaten more than just a bit of Chris’s salmon at a restaurant. well tonight I ate my own piece and it was good!! we made this recipe up based on 4 different recipes we had from his mom.

teriyaki salmon with spinach and basmati rice
2 salmon fillets
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
bag of fresh spinach
basmati rice

turn on broiler
brush salmon with above mixture
broil for 8 – 12 minutes brushing with more mariande half way through
wilt spinach in a ittle bit of oil in a saute pan
add left over marinade to spinach
plate rice, top with spinach, then salmon and drizzle with sauce from spinach
